Please use the contact form to get in touch and discuss your project.  All that I require to begin work are the video or audio files for transcription.  These can be sent either digitally via any online file transfer service, or physically as DVDs or external hard drives by post or courier (in the latter case these will be returned to you free or charge).  Your media will then be transcribed as a Word document and/or PDF and sent to you by email within an agreed timeframe.

An ultra-fast turnaround of less than 24 hours is available at most times, subject to demand, including weekends and bank holidays.

Once the work has been completed to your satisfaction, an invoice will be issued, payable within 28 days by bank transfer.

All material for transcription is treated as strictly confidential.  I work alone in a private office space, so there is no possibility of anyone seeing anything that they should not.  Emails containing links to video or audio files are deleted immediately after the file transfer is complete, as are the files themselves, as soon as they have been transcribed.
